Hello and welcome

I'm Stephanie Richard, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my world of dedicated mental health services.

In 2019, I was honored with a fellowship grant from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), a pivotal moment that fueled my commitment to addressing mental health disparities. This initiative led me to create a program partnering with local churches to bring essential mental health education and support to the Haitian American community. Inspired by this journey, I founded a company dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of multi-generational Haitian American families.

My approach

Empathy and collaboration, to builds genuine connections  with clients.

Services are tailored to meet unique needs, fostering healing and personal growth.  Whether breaking free from toxic generational patterns or enhancing emotional intelligence, I'm  here to guide you on a path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process where you work with a skilled and empathetic therapist to explore and address various aspects of your life. It's a safe and confidential space to discuss thoughts, feelings, and experiences, free from judgment.

  • Engage in open and confidential conversations with our experienced therapist. Discuss challenges, aspirations, and anything on your mind in a safe and non-judgmental environment as a couple or family.

  • Our Mental Health Education Groups are like interactive workshops but with a supportive community vibe. Led by experienced mental health professionals, these groups provide a platform for learning, sharing, and growing together.

  • Our Mental Health Keynotes are more than just presentations; they are engaging journeys that inspire, educate, and empower audiences to prioritize their well-being.
